DELAYED & CANCELED FLIGHTS
- DELAYED FLIGHT: If your flight is delayed, please note that your assigned driver will be asked to wait for your flight. For this reason, there will be a waiting fee added to your original quoted rate.
- CANCELLED FLIGHT: We will work with rescheduling your transportation, but keep in mind that the alternative pickup arrangements are subject to the availability. In some instances additional fees may apply to your original quoted rate.
DELAYED & CANCELED SCHEDULED TRANSPORTATION
- DELAYED SCHEDULED TRANSPORTATION: We strive for punctuality, therefore if your driver has to wait more than 15 minutes in your driveway, there will be a waiting fee added to your original quoted rate.
- CANCELLED ARRANGED TRANSPORTATION: Arranged transportation requires 48 hour cancellation notice for a full refund. If you cancel your scheduled transportation less than 48hrs we will apply a credit to your account for future use.
